Players all go through good and bad patches during a season. There are others who never have a bad game. So which players at Raith Rovers are the best, for the overall duration of the season? This section allows you, the supporters, to have your say about that. After every match, you are given the opportunity to vote for your top three players for each match. The scoring is calculated for each individual game. A player gets 3 points for each 'Top Player' vote, 2 points for a second place and a single point for third. At the end the points are all totalled. Each player then gets their % of the total vote as their score for that match. As an example... Say there are 5 voters, A - Campbell 3, Weir 2, Davidson 1 That would produce the following results:- Weir - 13 votes out of 30 votes available = 44 (rounded up from 43.33) These points are all rounded up to the nearest integer, therefore the total points scored for each week will be 100 or thereabouts. Voting generally starts almost immediately after each game, and runs for approximately three or four days. After this, the figures are totalled up, obviously 'daft' votes are removed (as we unfortunately do get people deliberately trying to make a mockery of the result), and the results are posted as soon as possible. Additionally, the total result so far is available on this page too... so remember to come back and place your vote after each match you attend!
